Terms and Conditions


Sacramento Public Auction accepts Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Traveler's Checks, VISA and Mastercard as forms of payment. After a successful bidding on a vehicle, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit that will hold the vehicle. Payment in full is due the following Monday after each car auction.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases.

All applicable sales tax, documentation fees, DMV fees, smog fees, and finance charges (if any) will be collected on all vehicles. All vehicles are sold "as is - where is", meaning there is no implied warranty and with all faults.

All sales are final.

Personal, company, or credit card checks are NOT accepted. We also do not accept bankdrafts or any credit cards other than VISA and Mastercard.
